Rolando and Esmeralda Cornejo
Top Rank ROI is a husband-and-wife team based in Placentia, California.
Rolando has been self-employed since 2010 and has built hundreds of websites. His roots are in information technology. He earned his first Microsoft certifications in 2000, then spent years as a Microsoft Certified Trainer at IT academies including Intellisource and CEI. He taught hundreds of students Microsoft Office business applications, web design, and how to install, configure, administer and troubleshoot computer systems and networks. That background still shapes how he works with owners today: he understands the technology, and he explains it in plain language.
He also does the creative work himself. He shoots every photo and video on location, writes the content, designs the graphics and builds the websites. One person who understands the whole picture, so nothing gets lost between vendors.
Esmeralda runs the business side of Top Rank ROI LLC, so every client gets clear agreements, organized billing and a real person to talk to.
