Information you provide

Our contact form can collect your name, business name and type, website, telephone number, email address, business goals, and the details you choose to write. We use this information to respond to requests, discuss possible services, and manage follow-up. Form inquiries are stored as private records in our WordPress administration system and may also be sent to our designated business email account.

Ava — AI voice and text conversations

Ava is an AI virtual receptionist, not a human employee. When you use Ava, your voice, messages, transcripts, and related technical information may be processed and stored by ElevenLabs and its service providers in order to provide the conversation, operate the service, and support quality or security review. Voice recording is currently enabled for Ava. Ava’s conversation service currently has no fixed automatic retention period configured, so information may remain stored until it is deleted under the service’s applicable settings or policies. Please contact us to request review or deletion, subject to applicable obligations and technical limitations.

Using Ava is optional. If you do not wish to participate in an AI conversation or have that interaction recorded, use our contact form, email, or phone instead. Do not provide payment card details, Social Security numbers, identity documents, or other highly sensitive information to Ava.

At present, Ava’s conversation alone does not submit a contact request into our WordPress Inquiries list. To request a callback, submit the website contact form unless Ava explicitly confirms that a verified submission tool has saved your request.

Technical information and cookies

Like many WordPress websites, the site and its service providers may process internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser and device information, server logs, and cookies or similar technologies needed for website functionality, security, spam prevention, and performance.
